Just trying to get back at it this week(it has been hard)I am time limited & it looks like I will be weather limited soon(next week)as winter approaches quickly.Gotta take up that oseen inside bike strategy!
Only 8 weeks to go until we leave for az!!!Trying to plan trip stuff is a little difficult too,but I think that is all organized now.

Ya know, every time I check your blog for posts I scroll down and pause on the pic of Matt after his 1 km run. That pic says so many things, I pick up on somthing new every time I stop by. First, the obvious he's just done some exercise (rosy cheek'd). Second, he's absolutely on top of the world, you can tell(at least I think I can, correct me if I"m wrong) he's on top of the world, probably a mixture of the candies/gaterade he has as well as the wonderful feeling of completing the 1km getting the medal having an official race number, etc. Third, he'll be watching his dad race IM on sunday so with him enjoying the race and growing up in a environment where he sees so much of IM/marathons/training I can't help but wonder is there any chance the little guy won't grow up to run/tri??? Just a thought
