Just a quick update:2010 IRONMAN ARIZONA SOLD OUT IN 25 MINUTES TODAY!!!Unbelievable.That has to be a record.i was quite shocked to find this out.Glad I am in,It must be meant to be.
Hey Guys,Just got off the phone with Trev & we were talking about doing Ironman Arizona in 2010???!!!Nothing firmed up here yet,BUT I am gonna come home at lunch & try to enter the 2010 race online,hopefully I will be able to get in.I think that it will fill up fast(as most iman races do)
It would be a FUN guys trip or whatever,So at this point I have decided to enter the race,& as I said hopefully I can get in...Entry opens at 12 noon if you guys are interested?Let me know........Cam.

If ya wanna watch live the link is http://www.universalsports.com Check it out.The coverage is OK,with some good comments.watching an ironman race is just about as Epic as doing the race.You must be organized with Coffee,lunch breaks.Clothing for the appropriate weather conditions & something to keep your throat fresh from all of the cheering on.Whew watching the race is tough.

WOW,It is only November & The 2010 Boston Marathon is already full,I guess I wont be doing the race in 2010.Amazing how fast that the race filled up this year???At least my time in Victoria qualified me for 2010 or 2011.Enjoy the weekend!!!!WOOHOO!!!!
Had a fairly busy day today.Took apart & cleaned our dryer duct.Pretty dusty & lots of lint!BUT super clean & shiny now!!!I also drained our hot water heater & flushed it out to get rid of the sediment & calcium build up inside the tank itself.This took up some of my workout time,so at the end of all of this house maintanance I managed an easy 45 min trail run,which felt ok,not great,just ok.
Good luck to some of my friends running the Banff winterstart race this weekend!!!
